Planning an event can feel pretty overwhelming. There are so many little details to consider. And the BIG decisions, sheesh - feels like a make or break kind of thing you toss and turn at night over - Venue, Food, Entertainment, Logistics. We get it and we want to help.
It starts with our approach. We’re personal and laid-back. Creative and hard working. We have the experience and professionalism to organize and command the rooms we host. And the musicality to crush a dancefloor all night. Our planning tools are online and super easy to use. We love casual discussions and texting ideas, jumping on video or meeting up for venue tours and coffee. We’ll create an event prep check-in routine that fits your personality and you’ll have 1:1 access every step of the way.
Pricing shouldn’t be a game of unnecessary forms and phone calls before finding out what to expect. We are transparent during the planning process so there’s no time wasted and no surprises along the way. All of our prices are on our website, consultations, brochures and disclosed up front to ensure you know exactly how to budget your event.

WEDDING PACKAGES
Below are the most popular wedding packages and services offered. Depending on your budget and the level of customization needed, there are options that fit a variety of applications. Differences in packages are based on the experiences desired to personalize and elevate your event. Packages are not tied to an hourly rate (excluding some add-ons below) and apply to the entire duration of the event.

Includes 10x Uplights. Add dimension to your space with elegant architectural uplighting. All color combinations available. Recommend 10x units for most applications. Need more or less? $30/per unit for custom quantities.
LIVE MUSICIANS

Cost is per hour. Crimson's live musicians and singers provide a variety of instrumentation and styles from acoustic guitar, keyboard, strings and percussion. Customize your event with live music! Ask about ceremony, cocktail and first dance options!
intelligent LIGHTING

An amazing visual experience for your event. Includes moving heads, wash lights, beam effects and light sticks that are programmed to move with the music. Trust us, you want these lights!
PRO gEAR RENTAL

Cost is per hour. Need ceremony audio services or already have musicians but need help amplifying them? Crimson will provide sound equipment and support for officiants and other musicians you already have performing at your event
MONOGRAM PROJECTION

Customize your walls and floors with projected monograms. Endless creativity with big impact
PERFORMANCE RATE
$150
Cost is per hour. The performance rate for Crimson at your event (birthdays, anniversaries, retail, gym, private parties, public celebrations, etc). This excludes production events (weddings, corporate, showcase) where more extensive planning and production services are required. It’s also the hourly rate for Crimson to perform beyond the contracted rate as an Overtime Fee. Payment must be secured before performance begins or continues.
STRING BULB LIGHTING
$50
Cost is per 100 ft. Add a touch of ambient light to your indoor or outdoor space. Most applications use 300-500 ft depending on the area of coverage needed.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
$50
Cost is per hour to and from Chicago. Travel is included in your package unless the destination is outside of the Chicago market.
To book Crimson Events, a 20% deposit (non-refundable, towards final balance) and signed contract verifying the details secures the date and kicks off the planning process.
